Slice bread into about 1 cm (0.5 inch) thick slices.
Arrange on a sheet tray and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cool. Crush the bread using a rolling pin, or grind in a food processor to desired consistency. Keep in an airtight container.
