Granola (Muesli) is a delicious and healthy treat, served over yogurt or as cereals
Toast 30 grams of sesame seeds until golden brown in a dry pan and set aside.
In the same pan, toast 100 grams of any nuts you like (We used cashews, walnuts and slivered almonds). Add 30 grams of sunflower seeds, 40 grams of shredded coconut. Turn off the heat.
Add 150 grams of rolled oats. Add the sesame seeds back into the pan and 60 grams of honey. Add 40 grams of dried cranberries, or any other dried berry.
Spread on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, and bake in a 180°C (350°F) until the granola has a rich golden brown color, about 10 minutes.
Allow the granola to cool completely, break into small chunks and serve over yogurt or as cereal.
