Make three parchment-piping cones: Cut a parchment right triangle. Make a point along the long side, facing the 90° angle. Roll the other angle over and seal over the top.
Melt 30 grams of dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water or in the microwave. Fill the cone, fold the top and cut the tip off using scissors. Pipe a tree on parchment paper.

Refrigerate the chocolate tree for 1 hour, peel off the parchment paper and use to decorate cakes.
