Try this delicious oriental dressing with a salad or with cooked vegetables!
Grate 5 grams of fresh ginger and 1-2 cloves of garlic over a bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 30 ml (1 fl oz) of balsamic vinegar and 20 ml (1 ½ tablespoon) of soy sauce.
Slowly stir in 50 ml (almost 2 fl oz) of oil with a whisk. Stir in 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of sesame oil.
Serve this delicious vinaigrette with green salads, vegetable salad and cooked vegetables.
